Plaud is bringing its AI recording idea into a more familiar form: earbuds. The Plaud One Explorer Edition is designed to record conversations, turn them into transcripts, and produce summaries, while giving users the option to wear the device like traditional earbuds or use the charging case on its own.
What Plaud One Is Built To Do
The core pitch is simple: Plaud One is an AI wearable for capturing spoken conversations. Instead of presenting that tool as a pin, Plaud has moved the concept into earbuds, a category that many people already use throughout the day.
That shift matters because the device is not just a listening accessory. It is meant to record, transcribe, and summarize conversations, which places it closer to a meeting recorder or note-taking tool than a standard pair of earbuds.

AI Features Center On Plaud Intelligence
The transcription and summarization features run through Plaud Intelligence. Plaud describes that system as designed to “understand and execute on human intent.”
The company is also adding an action layer through the Plaud One charging case. An AI button on the case can activate Plaud Agent, which is designed to reduce switching between different platforms.
Plaud Agent natively integrates with tools including Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion, and Slack. Based on Plaud’s description, the aim is not only to capture conversations, but also to connect the results of those conversations with apps where people already manage messages, schedules, notes, and team communication.
